Ordering Process
Adding Items to Cart and Checkout
Buyers can browse our website and add items to their cart. Once ready to purchase, they can proceed to checkout.
During checkout, buyers must provide their billing address, shipping address, and payment method.
Billing address and payment information are securely handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Order Initial Status
After an order is created, it will be placed in a pending status awaiting drop-off.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel an order, we will specify the reason and the buyer will receive a full refund.
Buyer-Initiated Order Cancellation
Buyers may request to cancel their order before it is dropped off. If a buyer requests cancellation, they will receive a full refund minus a payment processing fee.
Once the order has been dropped off to the carrier, the buyer cannot request cancellation.
Order Drop-off and Shipping
We will drop off the order to the carrier within 3 days of the order creation.
Once the order is dropped off, the buyer will receive a shipping number to track the order.
Delivery and Inspection
Upon delivery, the buyer will receive an email notification and should inspect the item.
If the item meets expectations, the buyer can rate the order. The order will automatically be marked as complete 3 days after the delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item is damaged, missing parts, or not as described, the buyer can request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.
The buyer must provide proof of the issue, and our support team will review the return request. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return request.
Return Process
If the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label via the support chat.
The buyer must ship the item back within 3 days of the return approval. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe without a valid reason, the return will be canceled, and the order will be completed automatically.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve a refund for the full cost paid by the buyer for the particular returned item.
Partial Refunds
If the buyer is slightly dissatisfied with the item but does not wish to return it, we may agree on a partial refund through the support chat.
Liability and Inspection
We do not take liability for the item after it has been delivered. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item upon delivery.

If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed. You will need to provide an alternative payment method to complete your purchase.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The total price at checkout includes applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties that may be imposed by their local jurisdiction.

International Shipping
We do not ship to all countries.
Out of mainland shipping
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alasaka or any other US territories out of mainland.
Returns and Refunds
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if the item is damaged, missing parts, or not as described. Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Return Process
To request a return, contact our support team with proof of the issue. If the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
The item must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe without a valid reason, the return will be canceled, and the order will be completed automatically.
The item must be shipped back in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve a refund for the full cost paid by the buyer for the particular returned item.

Conditions of Items Sold
We offer various types of items for sale, each with specific conditions that buyers should be aware of before making a purchase. The conditions of the items are as follows:
Open Box
Description: These items may have been slightly used, but usually, only the packaging is opened. They are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good working condition.
Condition: While the item itself is in good condition, the packaging may show signs of wear or previous opening.
Sealed
Description: These items are completely new but have been returned by previous customers. They remain sealed in their original packaging and have not been used.
Condition: Both the item and packaging are in new condition, but the item may have been previously sold and returned.
Brand New
Description: These items are brand new, never used, and come in their original, unopened packaging.
Warranty: Brand new items come with the full manufacturer's warranty and our standard return policy.
Condition: Both the item and packaging are in pristine, new condition.
Warranty
We offer warranty only on brand new items. Open box and sealed items do not come with a warranty. We do not guarantee the warranty of the manufacturer.
Use of Services
